Motivational Speaker and former CFL player, Orlando Bowen, will share his journey in overcoming adversity and inspire audience members to examine and embrace their own gifts to inject positive change in their professional lives.

Orlando Bowen is the Founder and Executive Director of One Voice, One Team, which empowers youth to become leaders. The former Toronto Argonaut is renowned for motivating his audience to overcome adversity, find their passion, and use their gifts to serve. He speaks from experience – over a decade ago, he was savagely beaten by two plainclothes officers. They planted drugs on him and charged him with assaulting police and drug possession. Although he was soon acquitted, he was forced into early retirement from his CFL career due to a concussion he suffered during the beating. The ordeal nearly destroyed his reputation and many of his friendships. However, he maintains the experience made him a better man. He now shares his renewed strength and passion to serve communities through One Voice, One Time, and speaking engagements.

Tickets are $35 per person, includes appetizers and cash bar.

The speaker presentation will be followed by a networking reception.
