In August 2013, the Halton Regional Police’s Oakville Strategic Support Team commenced an investigation focusing on the trafficking of cocaine at an apartment complex in the area of Trafalgar Road and White Oaks Boulevard.

On August 30th, Semar KARNAZ from Mississauga was observed taking part in a drug transaction in Falgarwood and was arrested as he drove area from the area.

Evidence gathered as a result of Mr. Karnaz’s arrest led police officers to obtain a search warrant for a nearby Falgarwood apartment which was occupied by Kamil Burgher. This lead to the discovery of various quantities of cocaine and marihuana, along with multiple telecommunication devices and cash.

Kamil BURGHER, 35 years of age from Oakville is charged with trafficking of a controlled substance and possession for the purpose of trafficking.

Michelle NEVILLE (F), 32 years of age from Burlington is charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking, and two counts of possession a controlled substance.

Michael RUTHERFORD, 35 years of age from Stoney Creek is charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking and failure to comply with a probation order.

Semar KARNAZ, 33 years of age from Mississauga is charged with possession of a controlled substance.

    This case was thrown out. Never charged, but nobody wants to put that in the news way to ruin someone reputation
