At 7:00 AM, the day starts off at a cold minus 8 and feels like minus 12. The sun shines through the morning and into mid afternoon. Clouds roll in around 2:00 PM.  A 40 per cent chance of light flurries begin around 4:00 PM.   The temperature reaches a high of minus one, but not until 6:00 PM. The flurries may last until midnight. No significant snow fall is forecast.

So bundle up with a warm winter coat, snow boots, scarves and mittens to make the most of the day.
