Kerr Village is an exciting and vibrant part of Oakville. It is bounded by the Sixteen Mile Creek to the North and East, Lake Ontario on the South and Dorval on the West. It is the second area to be settled in Oakville. From antique shops, restaurants, to boutiques and Portuguese bakeries the community is always a fun place to be.
Kerr Village is made up of three very distinct areas: West River, West Harbour, and West Kerr. Homes vary dramatically in this area from Multi-Million Dollar estates with lake access, posh condos, historic homes, to contemporary townhouses, and 1 1/2 storey post war homes. There are wonderful parks, dynamic residents' associations, and large mature trees. Kerr Village has something for all ages.

Kerr Village is serviced by Oakville Transit, and GO Transit via the Oakville Station (walking distance). The main highway access via the QEW is at Dorval or Trafalgar Rd. This area serviced well by public transit.
