Oakville News has learned that a brand-new Dollarama is opening in Oakville, replacing a store that had been in business for 20 years.
The Upper Oakville Shopping Centre, located at 1011 Upper Middle Road East, will say goodbye to former dollar store A Buck or Two, whose lease expired last November, according to spokesperson Megan Richardson from the Upper Oakville Shopping Centre.
Richardson could not provide a specific opening date but says it should be ready next month. "We anticipate the store to be fully renovated, stocked and open for business in August," said Richardson.
This Dollarama will become the ninth official store in Oakville and will be a new addition to the Upper Oakville Shopping Centre, announced alongside the opening of a Crumbl Cookie store next spring.
