Budget season is fast approaching. Do you have all the resources and know-how to navigate the process?

Non-profit leaders unsure about that are welcome to Community Development Halton’s Budgets and Financial Policies – the final installment of this year’s financial literacy series.

The Zoom workshop runs from 9:30 to 11 a.m. on Dec. 12, when SB Partners LLP Principal Deb Andrews will take participants through the steps of drafting a budget and offer guidelines for effective budgeting.

The session will also offer insight into what controls are needed to meet accounting standards for charities and non-profit organizations.

The workshop is free for CDH members, and costs $75 for non-members.
