It's almost the Labour Day weekend! Here's a look at Oakville's weekend events.
From family activities and art shows to the Waterfront Fête and live music downtown, there’s plenty to enjoy!
There's always lots of fun things to do in town. Oakville News has your full guide to what's going on in town. Here's our complete list of events for this weekend, August 30, 2024 - September 1, 2024.
Oakville's weekend weather starts with a mix of sun and clouds on Friday, with temperatures feeling like +35°C and a chance of thunderstorms in the evening.
Saturday brings a possibility of showers during the day but clears up by evening and Sunday continues with a chance of showers and a cooler evening.
Winds will be light, shifting from southeast to west by Sunday.
While Labour Day, this Sept. 2, will bring an extra day of fun, there are few events taking place in town. But many of Oakville's independent businesses (and especially restaurants!) will still be open to enjoy. Be sure to check by calling direct to see if your favourite spot is open.
