Local residents will celebrate the fifth Northeast Oakville Fair this Sunday, May 26, 2024 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Glenashton Park right outside Iroquois Ridge Recreation Centre.
Organizers say the Northeast Oakville Fair is brought to you by "local residents who are proud to celebrate their community."
The event is free to residents and includes bouncy castles and obstacle courses for a range of ages from the young to the young at heart, hot air balloon rides, music, face painting and other games and activities for the family.
Drop by the food trucks for lunch or an afternoon snack including GTA Softee ice cream and the sought after Arepa Republic Venezuelan food truck. Free waffles and popcorn are being served up by volunteers.
Previous Northeast Oakville Fairs have seen thousands of residents join in the fun and Ward 6 Councillors Tom Adams and Natalia Lishchyna as well as Mayor Rob Burton look forward to another fun filled day for the community.
