Oakville News received the following letter from Lee Peckham, who was recently in our city for the Centennial Cup, which was hosted by Oakville.
We were recently in Oakville for the Centennial Cup, the culmination of the Canadian Junior Hockey League, from Alberta.
I want to let you know how welcoming you were. From the restaurant servers to the arena staff, on to the hotel front desk, everyone treated us almost like family.
Especially when you found out we were from Alberta!
