A night of revelry can also be one of generosity.
That is, for those ready to celebrate Valentine’s at the local Knights of Columbus annual fundraising gala.
Set for Saturday, Feb. 15 at Granite Ridge Golf Club (9503 Dublin Line), the evening – as it has for the past several years – will go to support Townsend Smith Foundation’s efforts to bring a hospice to north Halton.
“It’s an enjoyable evening, comparable to what you’d expect from a New Year’s Eve celebration,” said organizer Daniel Varanielli. “It’s a night of good food and music.”
Along with a four-course dinner with wine and an anti-pasto buffet, there’ll be a cash bar, live DJ, door prizes, silent auction, raffles and draws.
Early bird tickets are $100 until Feb. 3, and $125 after that.
Tables of eight and 10 are available, as are sponsorship opportunities.
