Oakville has introduced a new way to stay up to date with what's going on in town and any changes impacting the community.
The Town of Oakville has introduced a new e-Alerts tool on the News and Notices page that allows residents, businesses and community groups to get notified by email when the town issues news releases and public notices.
This option comes in addition to various other ways to stay connected such as the town's social media accounts and newsletter.
Whether it’s about programs and services, upcoming events, public consultations, road closures, development or heritage applications or other service changes, this new feature will help keep the community stay informed.
The new notification tool will complement the existing e-newsletters also available for sign-up on the town's website.
