Current details:
Winter weather travel advisory in effect.

Additional information:
A brief burst of heavy snow is expected as a cold front moves through this morning. Northwesterly winds gusting to near 70 km/h may result in local blowing and drifting snow. The morning commute will be impacted.

Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow. Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become icy and slippery.

Prepare for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions. If visibility is reduced while driving, slow down, watch for tail lights ahead and be prepared to stop.
