Corpus Christi Longhorns take GHAC playoff title

With a final score of 35-21, the Longhorns are on their way to Windsor

The Corpus Christi Longhorns senior football team defended their GHAC title at home against the Bishop Tonnos Titans.

With a final score of 35-21, the Longhorns punched their ticked to Windsor next week, where they'll play in the OFSAA Football Bowl series. It's still up in the air who the Longhorns will play.

The game on Tuesday afternoon was played through less than ideal weather, with fans - and photographers - needing rain coats, umbrellas, and ponchos to stay dry and warm.

Despite the wet, both teams made some spectacular plays, big catches, and impressive runs down the field to score from beyond half.
