Burnet Park is located on south side of Burnet Street and west of Wilson Street in the West Harbour. The park has play ground equipment, so is a great place for children. The park is tree covered, and primarily used by the residents in the community. There are also a few benches.
Due to its proximity to Lake Ontario the park benefits from cooler air during hot summer months.
In November 2019 a historical plaque was installed which provides information about Oakville's first documented Black family the Adams, and the history about the Black community in Oakville.
