Pam was first elected in 2010 as the Oakville town councillor for Ward 2, and was just re-elected in the November 2014 municipal election.  She has been an active member of Liberal Party of Canada for many years, and helped to elect and re-elect MPP Kevin Flynn.

With 27 years experience in the financial and investment banking sector on Bay Street, Damoff believes that she would bring a well-balanced mix of both financial prudence as well as grass roots activism to the House of Commons. She is an effective problem-solver who believes in collaboration with all stakeholders to develop solutions.

In 2012 she was award the Queens Jubilee Medal for her community service, and in 2013 she was awarded the Bicycle Leadership Award for her work on the "Share the Road" Bicycling Coalition.
