On Friday, October 27, 2017, Halton Regional Police started their investigation of a Glen Abbey Scotia Bank robbery located at 1500 Upper Middle Road West in the Town of Oakville. It was robbed by three unknown males. The Glen Abbey Scotia Bank, in the Abbey Plaza, is located at the south-east corner of Third Line and Upper Middle Road.

Shortly before 8:00 PM on the 27th, the three suspects, with their faces concealed, entered the bank by way of the front entrance. Once inside, the suspects immediately jumped over the counter and proceeded to rummage through the drawers before departing on foot with a sum of cash.

The suspects were last seen running in a northwest direction towards Upper Middle Road. No one was injured during the robbery and no weapon was observed.

Suspect descriptions:

• Suspect 1 - Male, Black, approx. 5 foot 10 inches, slim build, wearing dark winter jacket with hood up, dark pants, masked, purple/white checkered/plaid backpack, black shoes, gloves, possibility yellow underwear and a black flat brim baseball hat.

• Suspect 2 - Male, Black, approx. 5 foot 5 inches, medium build, wearing a black jacket with hood up, dark blue pants, gloves, and blue shoes with white accents.

• Suspect 3 - Male, Black, slim build, wearing a black winter jacket.
