At approximately 6:22 p.m. on June 12th, a 30-year-old male motorcyclist was driving eastbound on Wyecroft Road near the Bronte GO Station.

At that time a male in his 50's was driving a sedan in the opposite direction. He made a left turn in front of the motorcycle. The two vehicles collided, resulting in both the motorcyclist along with his bike ending up over 40 metres away from the location of the impact.

The Collision Reconstruction Unit assisted with the investigation at the scene. The driver of the sedan was ultimately charged with the Highway Traffic Act offence of "Driver Turn Not In Safety".

He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Offences court in relation to the charge.
