Newmarket man arrested for three commercial B&E's

The Halton Regional Police Service has arrested a Newmarket man for allegedly committing three commercial break and enters in the Town of Oakville.

During the early morning hours of February 13, 2019, a male party and an unknown accomplice are alleged to have committed break-ins to the Panera Bread restaurant located on Winston Park Drive, K+B Sushi restaurant located on Winston Park Drive, and the Browns Social House restaurant located on Hampshire Gate, in Oakville.

The 39 year-old man from Newmarket has been arrested and is charged with three counts of Break and Enter.  He was held for a bail hearing and will appear in Milton Provincial Court on Tuesday March 5, 2019.
