At the April 15, 2015 Board meeting, trustees of the Halton District School Board approved the school year calendar for 2015-2016. Final approval of the calendar by the Ministry of Education is anticipated later this spring.

These dates have been provided to schools to be shared with students and parents, and they are also posted on the Board’s website at www.hdsb.ca under the “Calendar” tab.
The school year calendar is developed with input from the School Year Calendar Committee consisting of representatives from interested and affected groups including parents. Where possible, this school year calendar is aligned with the Halton Catholic District School Board calendar, to save resources on school bus transportation, which is shared between the boards.
