Stolen Vehicles located at the Oakville Monte Carlo Inn

On November 8, 2017, at 3:55 am, the Halton Regional Police discovered two stolen vehicles at the Monte Carlo Inn, located at 374 South Service Road, Oakville. Officers learned that one of the vehicles, a 2010 Volkswagen Golf, was reported stolen out of Hamilton on November 1, 2017. The second vehicle, a 2018 Ford F-150, was stolen out of Burlington during the early morning hours of November 8, 2017.

Both stolen vehicles were occupied by two Hamilton men, Dexroy BAILEY (18 years) and Marcus BIENAIME (22 years). Dexroy BAILEY and Marcus BIENAIME were placed under arrest and taken to the Oakville police station. While searching Marcus BIENAIME, officers located a 4" knife in his pocket. Both males were found to be in possession of property stolen from a motor vehicle in Burlington during the morning of November 8, 2017.

The investigation is on-going to determine the sequence of events that led to Dexroy BAILEY and Marcus BIENAIME attending the Monte Carlo Inn in stolen vehicles.

CHARGED:

Dexroy BAILEY (18 years) of Hamilton was charged with:

  1. Theft of a motor vehicle
  2. Possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000 (2 counts)
  3. Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000 (2 counts)
  4. Obstruct a peace officer
  5. Breach of probation

Marcus BIENAIME (22 years) of Hamilton was charged with:

  1. Theft of a motor vehicle
  2. Possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000 (2 counts)
  3. Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000 (2 counts)
  4. Obstruct a peace officer
  5. Carry a concealed weapon

Dexroy BAILEY and Marcus BIENAIME were held in custody pending a bail hearing scheduled for November 8, 2017, in Milton.
