Less than 12 hours after hosting his first community BBQ, Oakville PC Candidate Larry Scott’s campaign office has been vandalized.
Mr. Scott had installed a large banner on his new Bronte campaign office to welcome over 350 people to 2319 Lakeshore Road West. This morning the banner had been ripped apart and demolished beyond repair.
“This is a very disturbing act of vandalism,” commented Larry Scott. “Who would do such a thing?"
The banner was secured tightly, and even drilled into the fence to avoid flapping in the wind.
“Members of the Bronte community have been calling my office, and dropping by all morning to share the same shock and disbelief. It is very unfortunate, and I hope that none of my other fellow candidates experience the same level of abuse.”
