Slip sliding away. Environment Canada has issued a Winter Travel Advisory for the evening of January 10-2018.
Yes, no sooner do we emerge from the deep freeze we get to contend with freezing rain. As I was walking today, I noticed that I kept slipping so take heed of this travel advisory.
As temperatures sit at freezing, and water starts to accumulate from the rain, it creates the perfect environment for icy roads.
If you will be out in the car this evening, you'll want to give yourself plenty of room to stop.
