      Calming Oatmeal Mask

  • 1/3 cup instant oatmeal
  • ½ cup hot water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1-2 tablespoons plain yogurt

Oatmeal isn’t only good at the breakfast table; it’s great for soothing rough and irritable skin. Mixtogether and leave on the skin for 10 minutes then rinse with warm water. This mask helps acne breakouts and is soothing and revitalizing for all skin types.

  • 2 tablespoons freshly ground coffee
  • 2 tablespoons pure cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 tablespoons yogurt or sour cream

Having some sleepless nights or trouble hitting the sack? Use this mask to get rid of any puffiness on the face and under the eyes. The coffee grounds and fresh cocoa helps reduce swelling and the yogurt replenishes moisture, leave on the skin for 10 minutes for a fresh and awake look!

Avocado and Honey for Dry Skin

  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon coconut oil

When left on the skin for 10-15 minutes this mask provides replenishing moisture. Great for dry, peeling or irritated skin the avocado and coconut oil puts all the needed essentials back into your skin while the honey helps to soothe leaving you with a baby soft face!
