On October 17, 2017 the Town of Oakville will be holding a public information session regarding Majestic Edge Estates Inc., a new luxury lakefront housing development application in South West Oakville. Majestic Edge Estates Inc. property is comprised of 346 to 362 Lakeshore Road West which is situated south of Lakeshore Road West and west of Shorewood Place.

The meeting is to take place at town hall in the Palermo Room starting at 7:00 PM. The public is invited to attend as well as provide input at the meeting. The proposed application is to subdivide the approximately 3.866 hectare property into 19 new lots for single detached residences, with lots having an average frontage of 31.6 m and lot area of +/-1400 square meter on a cul-de-sac.

The original property's residence along with all out buildings have been demolished. The full application is available online at Oakville.ca and includes a Tree Preservation Plan.

This property is in Ward 2. Ward 2's Regional and Town Councillors are Cathy Duddeck and Ray Chisholm.
