The average price of a detached home in Oakville climbed to approximately $1,166,965 in August 2015, up from $1,030,080 in July. This represents an increase of 13.3% for a detached home in Oakville. It also set a new high for the year in terms of average cost of a detached home in Oakville.
Average Price of a Home in Oakville
The average price for all homes in Oakville (including townhomes, condominiums etc.) was $906,838 in August 2015, up from $852,696 in July. This represents a more modest increase of 6.5% over the previous month, although it still set a new high for Oakville home prices in 2015. It is the first time that the average cost of a home in Oakville has passed the $900,000 mark in 2015.
