River Oaks is bounded by Upper Middle Road to the South, Trafalgar Road to the East, Dundas to the North, and 16 Mile Creek to the West. Oak Park which takes up the North East section of River Oaks Real Estate is considered the Uptown Core. It is home to Wal-Mart, Loblaws Superstore, The Keg and various other major retailers and restaurants. Oak Park is densely populated neighbourhood of detached homes on small city lots, semi-detached, low rise and high rise apartments which were constructed within the last 10 years.
