West Kerr is bounded by Rebecca on the South, Kerr Street on the East, Speers on the North, and Dorval on the West. The area has a wide range of homes from single detached, apartments, to townhouses. The majority of the homes are 26 to 60 years of age, with a few modern properties spread through out. Large mature trees are found through-out West Kerr. The area is home to the Oakville Arena as well as on out door pool.
