The 2017 Oakville Centre September/October performances are as follows:
The Tale of a Town Canada – Friday, September 15, 2017 at 8 p.m.
Follow the storymobile (a.k.a. recording studio on wheels) as it crosses the country to gather the almost lost tales of Canada’s beloved main streets. This multimedia presentation features the voices of Canadians recorded in every province and territory, alongside personal anecdotes from this epic family adventure peppered with humour, nostalgia and moments of madness.
Starring Lisa Marie DiLiberto, The Tale of a Town - Canada is created and produced by FIXT POINT and has been developed in collaboration with artists from across the country. Oakville Centre performances will showcase additional stories gathered in downtown Oakville and will feature Oakville's own My Pop Choir and surprise appearances from local notables.

In celebration of the 40th anniversary season of The Oakville Centre for the Performing Arts, we are proud to present two Barenaked Ladies Canada 1-Five-0 concerts as part of our Dan Cooper Concert series in our 2017-2018 season.

Jann Arden is a Canadian born, singer, songwriter, broadcaster and author.
The much celebrated multi-platinum, award winning artist catapulted onto the Canadian music scene in 1993.
She has received 8 Juno Awards including Female Artist of the Year and Songwriter of the Year.
An Evening of Songs and Stories with Graham Nash – Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at 8 p.m.
Legendary singer-songwriter Graham Nash is a two-time Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee with Crosby, Stills and Nash and with The Hollies. He was also inducted into the Songwriter’s Hall of Fame twice, as a solo artist and with CSN, and he is a GRAMMY Award winner.
Carl Palmer’s Legacy ELP – Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at 8 p.m.
Consummate professional, brilliant technician and a dynamic showman, he has thrilled listeners and audiences alike with Atomic Rooster, Asia and Emerson, Lake & Palmer. Latin guitar star Johannes Linstead (Canada’s "Guitarist of the Year" and JUNO Nominee) takes his music to a whole new level with the introduction of the electric guitar to his passionate sound. Guitar aficionados will love the diversity of the exotic Spanish guitar intertwined with fiery electric guitar solos reminiscent of Jimi Hendrix and Carlos Santana. Johannes’upcoming album Azul not only showcases his guitar wizardry but also his debut on vocals.
Liz Lokre – Saturday, October 21, 2017 at 8:30 p.m. – Studio Sessions Series
Music is deep in her blood. LZL [LIZ LOKRE], has been writing and performing since she was 12, growing up singing in church, and winning music competitions across North America. But LZL gravitated toward Stevie Wonder, Sade, and Alicia Keys. Her vocal coach –who she shares with The Weeknd – recommended her to Adrian X, the guitarist and OVO Festival musical director, who has headed up the live bands for Drake, The Weeknd, Partynextdoor and more.
