Weather - Extreme Cold Weather Alert
It is so cold out that the steam out coming out of the tailpipes is creating white vapour trails and Lake Ontario is steaming. An incredible morning of extreme cold with pure sunshine which started at 7:45 AM. I only wish I had my camera with me this morning as I dropped off my wife at the GO Train. This morning's temperature is minus 18 and today's high is only going up 2 degrees to minus 16. After the sun sets at 5:14 PM the thermometer will drop down to minus 21. The north wind is travelling at 25 km/h, gusting to 38 km/h creating a windchill of 11 degrees. You'll need your thermal underwear today. Have a great day!
