Winter will return, just not today. We are in for sunny skies from sunrise to sunset (7:31 PM). It is chilly out there this morning at minus 3, but that spring sun will warm us up to plus 6. The wind is coming out of the East at 15 km/h. By this evening it appears winter has decided not to let go just yet, as we drop down to zero with a 90 percent chance of ice pellets. Enjoy the day!
