So get out this morning, because the rain is going to start falling this afternoon. Actually as you step outside this morning, it is quite a bit warmer than yesterday at plus 9. Today's high is expected to reach plus 12. The sun rose at 6:09 AM and sets at 8:22 PM. I have to say, I'm sure looking forward to it getting a little warmer.
