Weather
It still is cool outside - but it isn't as bad as yesterday. The temperature is starting off at minus 3 and we'll reach a high of plus 2 by this afternoon. The wind is blowing at 20 to 30 km/h which is creating a windchill of 4 degrees. This morning is the time to get things done. Clouds are expected to roll in later this morning, and with it there is a 40% chance of snow squalls. As someone mentioned on facebook the other day: "Who turned off the heat outside."
