Around noon the rain should stop and the sun should start peeking out from behind the clouds as the temperature dips from the high of plus 3 to minus 3 by this evening. The south wind will switch over the day, and start blowing from the west at a steady 45 km/h by this evening bringing flurries. The sun rose at 7:10 AM and sets at 5:54 PM. If the wind hasn't dried off the roads by rush hour, it could be a slippery ride home. So take extra caution.
