The windchill will make it feel like minus 22. So get out the parka, wool mittens and socks - because you'll need them. Put on the insulated boots since there is a chance for snow flurries. If you are driving make sure you to pack a winter survival kit - blankets, a candle, something to eat and drink. You don't want to be waiting for a tow-truck in this weather. The nice thing about this kind of weather is the stunning winter skies which will be partially clear, with the sun having risen at 7:44 AM and will set at 5:16 PM.
