Weather:

So upon stepping outside I noted that it is overcast but considerably warmer then yesterday – which is a bit of a relief. The only objection I have to the warm weather is that the rink Dave Gittings, Bill Schaivone, and I where flooding is going to get soft. On the plus side, as the top melts it will naturally smooth out the surface to make and excellent skating rink. My fingers and toes are crossed that the plus 5 High plus the showers isn’t going to melt it all away. The low this evening will be plus 4 with showers – so you will need your rubber boots, rain coat and umbrella. You might want to make the most of the outside this morning. The sun rose at 7:46 AM and will be setting at 5:12 PM. Isn’t nice that the days are getting longer!

Quote of the day:

And this, our life, exempt from public haunt, finds tongues in trees, books in running brooks, sermons in stones, and good in everything. – William Shakespeare
