By the afternoon the temperature rises to minus 10, and feels like minus 16. Then we’ll likely get snow moving in around 6 to 7 PM. The accumulation is minor (2 to 4 cm). By 8:00 PM the temperature remains at minus 10, but the windchill improves so it feels like minus 14.
