The Oakville Titan's Varsity Football team played the Chatham-Kent Cougars on Sunday June 30, 2013. It was a stunning day at the Bronte Athletic Field and the Titan's came out fighting.

The varsity game was 22-15 for Oakville pulled out in the last 30 seconds of the game with a touchdown by Jordan Whyte and a two point conversion by Devante Smith. Our kicker, Quinn Sleeman was successful in his conversion attempts. The second touchdown was by Andre Dannett who just came off the injured list.  MVP was Tanner Fabiano who score the first touchdown of the game and shortly after took a bad hit to his leg breaking his fibia and tibia, an ambulance was called to the field and Tanner is now in surgery. Our best wishes for a speedy recovery Tanner!

It was a must win victory for both the varsity and the junior varsity teams who pulled a 28-26 victory out in the last 5 minutes over Huronia Stallions. Touchdowns were scored by Patrick O'Brien and Stefan Finelli. Kicker Abi Essa successful in all three conversion attempts.
