The Oakville Blades are pleased to announce that forwards Tyler Rollo and Josh Kosack have been named to Team Canada East's selection camp for the World Junior A Challenge in December.

Rollo, 18, is currently in his second year with the Blades, sitting at 27 points in just 19 games to make himself one of the top scoring players on the team. As a draft pick of the OHL's Barrie Colts, Rollo has seen some success with the likes of Drew Worrad and Christian Rajic in the first-half of the season, helping to make Oakville one of the most dangerous offensive teams in the league. Earlier this month, Rollo had three points in three games at the Eastern Canada Cup Challenge in Cornwall, Ontario, putting him in the top position from all Blades players at the tournament.

Also in his second season with the Oakville Blades, Kosack, 18, is currently sitting in the league's third position  with 37 points in just 25 games. Having scored seven points in the past five games, Kosack's nomination to the camp comes just as this Oakville native became the team's leading scorer. Last year Kosack had a strong rookie season in the OJHL, putting up 36 points in 42 games.

Canada East will play in Group A with Russia and Switzerland at the Iroquois Park Sports Centre in Whitby, Ontario, starting with a 5pm EST meeting with the Swiss on December 13th.
