Passed away peacefully in Windsor, ON, on May 16, 2024 at the age of 87.
Predeceased by her husband Victor Milligan (2009). Loving mother of John Tigert (Anna) and David Tigert (Lisa) and stepmother of Jeffrey Milligan and Michael Milligan (Roberta). Devoted grandmother of 7 grandchildren. Donna is survived by her sister Judi (Hal) and her brother John (Dwynn) and predeceased by her brother David.
Donna grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and went on to graduate from Wellesley College. Donna lived a vibrant life as an avid world traveller having visited every continent around the globe. Donna was keenly interested in world events and was a patron of the arts. Donna's sharp intellect, independent nature, kind, and giving heart brought joy to all who had the privilege of knowing her in life. Cremation has taken place. A private family Celebration of Donna's life will be held at a later date.
