Shortly before midnight on Wednesday August 29, 2018, three suspects entered the Pizza Nova located at 620 Ford Drive (between Cornwall Road and Royal Windsor Drive) in the Town of Oakville.

A demand for cash was made. A weapon was observed being carried by one of the suspects; however, it was not used. The suspects obtained an undisclosed amount of currency before leaving in what is believed to be a dark coloured Honda Civic.

Descriptions of Pizza Nova robbery suspects:

  1. Male/black, slim build, wearing a grey hooded sweater disguised with a dark coloured balaclava
  2. Male/black, slim build, wearing a black hooded sweater disguised with a dark coloured mask
  3. Male/black, slim build, wearing a blue hooded sweater disguised with a light coloured bandana

Employees inside the restaurant did not receive any physical injuries requiring medical attention.

Investigators are exploring possible connections with surrounding police agencies due to a series of similar crimes committed in the Greater Toronto Area.
