An Oakville senior has been charged by local police after driving their car into a house.
At approximately 1:10 p.m. on Dec. 21, a 62-year-old woman drove a vehicle into a local house on Briar Hall Gate in Oakville.
The driver lost control of the vehicle and struck the garage of the residence breaking down the door and entering the inside of the families car space.
Photos of the incident were released on X on the night of the accident.

No injuries were reported for either the occupants of the vehicle or the residents inside the home.
The 62-year-old woman operating the car has been charged with Careless Driving.
