Halton Police are in search of a suspect who they say attempted to break into an Oakville store in late November.
On Thursday, Nov. 28, 2024, at around 1:50 a.m, police say the front door glass of a store at the 187 Cross Avenue plaza was cracked. The plaza is home to several small businesses, located across from the Oakville GO station.
According to police, the suspect attempted to break the front door to enter the store, though no entry was gained. Damages are estimated to be under $5,000.
Police say the suspect is described as male, white, between 5'10" to 6" tall, wearing all black clothing and a black baseball cap.
The investigation remains ongoing.
