A Milton man is facing multiple impaired charges following an early-morning crash last week.
Halton police were called to a single-vehicle collision on Twiss Road, just north of Derry Road, on Jan. 3 at around 12:45 a.m. No injuries were reported.
After an investigation, a 26-year-old man from Milton was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired and having a blood alcohol concentration exceeding 80mgs, within two hours.
The charges have not been tested in court.
