The Halton Regional Police Service is attempting to locate Andrew Offor-James, who was last seen mid-September 2024, in the area of Orion Court in Oakville.
He is described as; a Black male, 24 years of age, approximately 5-feet-7 inches tall, 180 pounds with a slim, athletic build. He was last seen with short black hair and a goatee. He has brown eyes and sometimes wears black framed prescription glasses.
Offor-James’ family is concerned for his well-being.
Police are asking anyone with information to call 911 or the HRPS non-emergency number at 905-825 4747, ext. 2210.
