Halton Police is asking for the public’s assistance following a robbery from a telecommunications store in Oakville Place Mall, where employees were threatened and electronic devices stolen.
Police say the incident occurred on Monday, Nov. 18, 2024 at approximately 8:30 p.m. from the Bell store.
According to police, three male suspects entered the store, forcibly removed a selection of cell phones and tablets from their display cases, and fled the scene.
While employees were verbally threatened during the robbery, police confirmed no weapons were seen or used, and no injuries were reported.
The suspects are described as males dressed in black hoodies, black pants, and blue surgical masks.
Police reported that a suspect fled the area in a dark-coloured pickup truck.
The 2 District Criminal Investigations Bureau is leading the investigation and urging anyone with information to come forward.
