Halton Regional Police Service say Sunil Ragoonanan has been located and arrested by police.

The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is requesting public assistance in locating Sunil Ragoonanan, 44, of Caledon.
Ragoonanan was released from Maplehurst Correctional Complex by staff on Feb. 3, as a result of a clerical error. He is aware of this error and has failed to return to Maplehurst.
A warrant is being sought by HRPS for the offence of Unlawfully at Large. Ragoonanan is awaiting disposition for charges related to breaches of his release orders.
Ragoonanan is described as male with brown skin, black hair and brown eyes. He is 6’1” tall with a thin build.
Police believe he may be back in the Caledon area. If observed, do not approach and call 911.
Ragoonanan is encouraged to retain counsel and contact the HRPS.
