Suspects at large following Oakville auto shop break-in, three vehicles taken

Police are investigating an alleged break-in and theft that occurred at an auto service repair shop located at 318 Wyecroft Road in Oakville.

Police are investigating an alleged break-in and theft that occurred at an auto service repair shop located at 318 Wyecroft Road in Oakville.

On Sept. 17, 2024, at approximately 1:05 a.m., the glass to the front door of the shop was shattered to gain entry by three male suspects.

According to Halton Police Media Relations Officer Jeff Dillon, three older model vehicles were stolen with a combined value of $28,000.

The three suspects who gained entry to the shop are described as:

  1. Male, white, medium build, wearing light coloured track pants, light coloured hoody, dark coloured shoes, face covering.
  2. Male, white, slim build, wearing a light coloured hoody, dark coloured pants, face covering.
  3. Male, white, medium build, wearing a hoodie, jeans, light coloured shoes.

The suspect vehicle is described as a light-coloured pickup truck driven by a fourth suspect, no description is available for the driver.
