Police pull over erratic driver and arrest repeat offender in Oakville

During the early morning hours of 21 November 2015 a Uniformed Patrol Officer in 20 Division – Oakville observed a car driving erratically.

The alert Officer attempted to stop the driver, however he fled causing a short foot chase.

Once captured police discovered that the driver was operating a stolen car with stolen licence plates. Further investigation determined that the driver was already facing criminal charges and breaching several conditions. Inside the stolen car police found several break and enter tools, stolen property and Methamphetamine.

Eugene Bautista of Mississauga has been arrested and charged with 14 criminal offences including:

  1. Fail to Comply With Recognizance
  2. Fail To Comply With Probation
  3. Possession of Stolen Property
  4. Mischief to Property
  5. Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card
  6. Possession of Break In Instruments
  7. Possession of a Controlled Drug
  8.
