There are numerous people who continue to evade the police and the court system and continue to live out in our communities while having a warrant for their arrest in place.

Every Friday, Halton Regional Police Offender Management Unit will share information on a wanted person in hopes that the public can assist in locating the individual.

We will share Fugitive Friday information on our website and via social media through our website.

In this edition of Fugitive Friday, the 2 District Oakville Offender Management Unit is searching for Travis ARSENAULT of Burlington ON.

It is alleged:

  1. In October of 2015 ARSENAULT was at the Oakville Place Mall where he stole several items.
  2. ARSENAULT was observed by a Loss Prevention Officer stealing these items.
  3. ARSENAULT was placed under arrest for the offence of theft by the Loss Prevention Officer.
  4. A struggle then ensued. During the arrest ARSENAULT assaulted the Loss Prevention Officer causing injuries.
  5. ARSENAULT has since failed to appear for his court dates. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

He is now wanted by Halton Regional Police Service for:

  1. Theft Under $5000
  2. Assault with Intent to Resist Arrest
  3. Fail to Appear – 4 counts

ARSENAULT is 20 years old and described as 5’8”, 140 lbs with red hair and blue/green eyes.

ARSENAULT is known to frequent Burlington, Oakville, Hamilton and the surrounding areas.
