The Halton Regional Police have indicated that Kyle Jarvis has been located. They also wish to the thank the public for their support.

There are numerous people who continue to evade the police and the court system and continue to live out in our communities while having a warrant for their arrest in place.
Every Friday, Halton Regional Police Offender Management Unit will share information on a wanted person in hopes that the public can assist in locating the individual.

We will share Fugitive Friday information on our website and via social media through our website.

In this edition of Fugitive Fridays for 2016 the 2 District, Oakville Offender Management Unit is searching for Kyle JARVIS of Oakville, ON.

It is alleged:

  1. JARVIS has been convicted of assault, mischief under $5000.00 and fail to comply with probation. He had since been placed on a probation order and was residing in the Town of Oakville.
  2. While on probation he failed to report to his probation officer and scheduled appointments. As a result JARVIS was charged with 2 additional counts of Fail to Comply with his probation.

JARVIS has since missed his court date.

A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

He is now wanted by Halton Regional Police Service for:

  1. Fail to Comply with Probation order (2 Counts)
  2. Fail to Attend Court

JARVIS is 21 years old and described as 4’5”, 90lbs with brown hair and brown eyes.

JARVIS is known to frequent Oakville, Mississauga, Toronto and the surrounding areas.
